- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities and refine go-to-market tactics.
- Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to integrate client feedback and continuously improve our service.
- Represent Ecobase at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise visibility and expand our landowner network.
What You Bring:
- 2–3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven ability to build relationships, win new business, and grow a market.

- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to manage your pipeline and stay organised.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can take ownership and make an impact.
Bonus:
- Knowledge of the Swedish forestry market and its key players.
- An academic background in forestry or natural sciences.
- Knowledge of carbon finance, nature-based solutions, or forest certification schemes.
